2009 Indoor Season:

The 2008 All-Region Cross Country teams have been released. The awards ceremony will take place at Metro Run & Walk in Falls Church on Dec 21st at 6pm. Athletes and their parents are welcome to attend.

Dec 15th Update: As part of our continued effort, hopefully we are helping you get the message out more efficiently,please take a minute or two to complete the following steps:

  • Step 1 - Open the updated (Dec 15th) opposition letter
  • Step 2 - Open your email browser
  • Step 3 - Copy the emails in the 'To:' section of the letter into your the recipents section of your email
  • Step 4 - Copy the body of the letter into your email
  • Step 5 - Remember to use the subject 'Preserving Winter track in FCPS'
  • Step 6 - Send
